Our Edmonton facility was originally audited and registed in April 2001, the Calgary facility was audited and registered in May 2003 and the Pallet Plant was audited and registered on July 2003.

And, when our service is not up to standard, the Quality procedures provide for a recognized process to identify, correct and track such instances.
